Please contact me to help you arrange and book your holiday. I have extensive experience/knowledge in the travel industry and you will receive a personal service. I am available most times of the day/weekends.
About Me
I have been a travel agent-profile since 1981, I book all kinds of holidays from city breaks to worldwide multi stop itineraries.
I was introduced to the travel industry by my grandmother who was an accountant for a holiday company in London.
Whilst at school I had a big interest in travel, and my first job was with a Greek/Cypriot holiday company as a reservations agent.
Two years later I joined an independent retail agent which also had a large group and business travel department.
Some years later I progressed to Branch Manager of another independent travel agency on the high street.
I now find myself working as a home worker, and have been with Independent Travel Experts for 10 years, working form home it is much easier for my customers as they can contact me when the high street is closed, and I enjoy the flexibility of these working hours.
I have been in travel for so long, but each client’s holiday still gives me excitement to arrange their perfect holiday wherever they are travelling to. I did have a couple of years break from the industry, and now am finding the industry is even better than before due to the amount of different destinations available to travellers.
Speciality Areas
I specialise in holidays to Maldives and Barbados, and have extensive knowledge of the USA, Dubai, Singapore, Bali, Greece and Cyprus. I have also travelled myself to many European cities and also cruising. I love booking all holidays for my clients, where ever they choose to go, but do find bookings for clients celebrating special birthdays, anniversaries and honeymoons especially exciting.
I do also love booking speciality multi stop itineraries. My personal favourites include: Maldives, because of the idyllic beaches; Barbados because of the atmosphere and fabulous things to do there; Asia for its culture and the USA/Canada for the amazing scenery and difference in each of the states. Also Australia and New Zealand, and Japan multi stops also enjoying doing and getting very popular.

I joined ITE in November 2016 and since joining ITE in my first year I won “homeworker of the month on several occasions
and during our annual awards, as voted by all ITE staff and colleagues was proud to win
In December 2017 I was voted “Newcomer of the year”

Just wanted to say a huge thankyou to you Tracy for making our recent trip to Kuredu so easy and stress free. We considered cancelling as we were flying via Dubai but with your reassurances you made us feel very confident to go ahead. Absolutely no issues in Dubai (apart from a mad dash to the gate due to a flight delay meaning we had just 30mins from landing 😅)
When issues occurred with flight changes you were there to sort it all out and made sure our new tickets were emailed over within hours of me contacting you.

What can I say once again Tracy did it again , Our holiday to Dubai was cancelled we weren’t shocked .
So we swapped to go to Cyprus never been before oh my we fell in love with the place .
The hotel and everything were 10/10 .The food was the best we have ever had , multiple places to eat 4 al carte restaurants to use .Snack bars , coffee shop.
You are allocated sun-beds on arrival that are yours the whole holiday .GAME CHANGER no early morning dash .
We would highly recommend St George’s hotel and Spa Paphos .
What should have been a stressful time was made easier and effortless for us by Tracy Pocock and this is why we have travelled the world with you .

What amazing service we have had off Tracy already before we have even gone on our holiday. She has organised a two week trip to the Maldives taking into consideration to our needs . Last night our flights were changed (I panic 😂) with a long layover . Tracy said not to worry she would sort ii out in the morning . By 9.30 am this morning flights changed . We booked our Maldives trip with Tracy back in April of this year and we honestly can't thank her enough for all of her hard work, time and effort. Hubby and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday, organised by Tracy. We have been to Komandoo in the Maldives, followed by a 2 night stay in Singapore on the way home. We were originally scheduled to travel in September last year but I sustained a serious leg injury which meant I couldn’t go. Tracy went above and beyond for us to rearrange everything, at no additional cost to us. Everything was perfect, including transfers in Maldives and also to and from the hotel in Singapore. The “have a nice time” and “welcome home” cards are also a nice touch which personalised your experience. Tracy is extremely knowledgeable and competent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Thank you Tracy for organising the best holiday we've ever had. We did 10 nights in Kuredu, Maldives followed by 4 nights in Dubai at the Atlantis. I'll be honest when I say we’ve always booked holidays ourselves online in the past, thinking it was a cheaper way. But never again. Tracy was amazing from the first enquiry through to the very end. From the beautiful ticket pack we received, right through to the amazing customer service received when our outbound flight was delayed and again when we had a missing suitcase. Tracy was on hand, tracking our flights and informing the resort that we would need a later seaplane transfer etc. I felt Tracy had everything covered and was there to support us when we needed it.
